‘The Maestro’ – our prime reroofing contractor.

The Maestro has been in the commercial roofing trade 39 years. I call him The Maestro because he operates coast to coast with multiple crews and he’s the master of resources and logistics. Every month The Maestro installs hundreds of thousands of square feet of TPO membrane on reroof projects of all types in a first-rate fashion every time.

The Maestro is one of the smartest people I’ve ever met, genius level smart – he’s a laser focused workaholic with his family-owned business. Because he’s one of the largest reroofing contractors by volume in the country he gets the best deals on materials. He operates coast to coast, from California to Florida. While most other roofing contractors were unable to complete roofing projects due to supply chain problems during 2020-2022 the Maestro keep going uninterrupted the entire time because he just doesn’t have supply chain issues.

When we call on The Maestro, he’ll have a crew on the job within 30 days from the time you say “go”. In our past experiences with The Maestro, he had a full crew on the jobs fully equipped and with all material in only five days – NO hiccups. In another TPO reroof installation the facility manager allowed only a specific seven-day time frame to get the roof installed – The Maestro’s crew completed the job in the seven-day window in November despite the weather interference. In the rare instance of having a roof leak after installation The Maestro has a lightning-fast response.
